With over 20 years of consulting and as former Executive Director at EY, Ann has extensive experience in organisational development, purpose-led transformational work, and leadership development in digital future, innovation and culture change. Ann has worked closely with executive leadership teams from S&P 500 companies, as well as non-profits and government organizations. She has also spent a significant part of her career as a social entrepreneur working in the development sector both in South Africa and other African countries. She was the Executive Director of the Learning Channel and co-founded the Mindset Network which uses multimedia technology to deliver educational content to 15 countries in Africa. She is an Interim Executive Director of the Africa Leadership Initiative, as well as being a Synergos Senior Fellow, a McNulty Foundation Laureate and Aspen Global Leadership Network Fellow. Ann is passionate about innovation, education and the future of leadership and is a Theory U Practitioner, using the pedagogy in her facilitation, coaching and mentoring work.
