Our immersive 2-week bootcamp
Kick start your journey in our 2-week online course “Consulting in the New Normal.” Explore the consulting industry and diversity of opportunities, while building key business & consulting skills including strategy, management and business consulting, developing knowledge of key post-COVID trends and ensuring you can manage projects effectively in diverse teams. Taught by ex-BCG, Bain and EY facilitators and industry experts, with guest speakers from diiVe’s global network. Expect deep immersion, engaging content, and team-based learning.
Our fast-paced 5-week internship
As a consultant, you need to innovate, collaborate and co-create solutions in agile teams. Apply your new knowledge and skills in a project-based consulting internship, collaborating in teams on a real-world business challenge for a company based in Cape Town. Learn how to team in the New Normal through collaborating in diverse, global teams.
We partner with a range of organizations from large, global firms to savvy, tech start ups and NGOs to provide you with an unparalleled learning experience. diiVers can hone in on their consulting skills in sectors that they feel passion about. Work on challenges where you want to make a meaningful impact by selecting a project within the following areas: Finance & Fintech, Sustainability & Conservation, Startups & Innovation or General Consulting.
Who will you consult?
diiVe consults purpose led companies across sectors and sizes, that make the world a better place.
Students get immersed in innovation systems, tackling a wide range of projects such as designing a market entry strategy across Africa for a blockchain payment solutions company, supporting sustainable development of our oceans, and building a wellness ecosystem for the premium tourist destination in Africa – the V&A Waterfront.
The client network at diiVe is extremely diverse, including but not limited to areas such as Biotech, Sustainability & Conservation, Fintech, Health-tech, Social Impact & Shared Value, and, IT.

Who is this program for?
Not a business major? Not to worry, we will get you up to speed. Consulting is a diverse field, making it accessible to anyone! You will be taught all you need to know, we just expect students to possess a willingness to learn, an openness to shift their own perspective and way of thinking and a high work ethic.
