diiVe Cape Town is one integrated seven-week consulting internship. Weeks 1 and 2 take place remotely and focus on professional preparation and development. You will build foundations in consulting, problem solving, professional communication, research, analysis, digital tools, teamwork and career readiness. Weeks 3 to 7 take place in Cape Town. You will meet your client project team, work on a real organizational challenge and develop evidence-based recommendations to present to the client.

diiVe Remote is one integrated seven-week consulting internship completed fully online. Weeks 1 and 2 focus on professional preparation and development. You will build foundations in consulting, problem solving, professional communication, research, analysis, digital tools, teamwork and career readiness. During Weeks 3 to 7, you will work with a diverse project team on a real client challenge. You will research the client and its sector, analyze evidence, develop recommendations and present your team’s work.
What you’ll actually do
This is an applied internship. You will learn through a combination of structured professional development, team-based activities and real client work.
Steps
- Build foundations in consulting, professional communication, research, analysis, digital tools, teamwork and career readiness.
- Join a diverse project team and receive a real client brief.
- Research the client, its sector and the challenge it is working to address.
- Gather and analyze evidence, including stakeholder insights where relevant.
- Develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Present your team’s work to the client.
- Reflect on your growth, contribution and future career direction.
